Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to manage collections and minimize bad debt.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared inbox
• Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and resolve delinquent accounts
• Document accounts appropriately and participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge
• Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable federal laws
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
