Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Analyst I (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers in identifying, reviewing, and validating patient accounts in a credit balance state
• Manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of identified client overpayments
• Build and maintain professional relationships with provider personnel and respond to requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle - Patient Accounting preferred
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented
• Customer and team-focused with a desire for long-term participation in the firm's growth
