A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles, including managing the interview process
• Expand responsibilities to include technical recruiting for specialized positions
• Source and build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Working knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Prior experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn technical recruiting
