Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles, including managing the interview process
- Expand responsibilities to include technical recruiting for specialized positions
- Source and build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Working knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Prior experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn technical recruiting
