Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- 0-4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in database management and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resources work
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ATS software
