Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Consultant who sources, interviews, and fills contract positions in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
• Develop a prospecting and marketing strategy using the applicant tracking system to contact potential nurses
• Consult with clinicians to understand their career needs and present opportunities that align with their aspirations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Sales or recruiting experience is preferred
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
