Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and produce job postings with guidance from the Recruiting Manager
  • Develop and implement social media recruitment strategies and contribute to sourcing efforts
  • Schedule and track candidate interviews while maintaining accurate candidate information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
  • One (1) year of customer service or support experience
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, especially digital and social media
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously growing environment
