A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce job postings with guidance from the Recruiting Manager
- Develop and implement social media recruitment strategies and contribute to sourcing efforts
- Schedule and track candidate interviews while maintaining accurate candidate information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- One (1) year of customer service or support experience
- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, especially digital and social media
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously growing environment
