Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interview logistics, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding preparation
  • Support the Recruiting Lead with scheduling and logistical matters, and assist with People Ops events
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination
  • Solid understanding of HR and recruiting best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven track record of fostering a growth-oriented culture for employees
