A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate interview logistics, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding preparation
- Support the Recruiting Lead with scheduling and logistical matters, and assist with People Ops events
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination
- Solid understanding of HR and recruiting best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven track record of fostering a growth-oriented culture for employees
