Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct phone interviews with candidates
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment databases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- 1 year recruiting experience; high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience a plus
- Experience interviewing and onboarding in a fast-paced environment a plus
- Leadership experience and/or desire to grow as a recruiting leader a plus
- Motivated to set and meet goals, with the ability to implement strategic plans
- Technical skills - advanced Microsoft Suite, data analysis, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System a plus
