Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and preparing offer letters
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recruiting experience; high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience in interviewing and onboarding in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Motivated to set and meet goals and implement strategic plans
- Desire to collaborate with a small team of recruiters
- Technical skills in advanced Microsoft Suite and experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus
