Key Responsibilities
- Ensure candidates have exceptional experiences throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to enhance recruitment processes
- Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers and candidates
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR/Talent Acquisition support role
- Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse and Ashby
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on building efficient processes
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Administrative experience supporting management or executive-level individuals
