Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and place top-tier candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, adhering to best practices
• Source top talent using various methods including ATS, job boards, and networking
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate strengths and fit, and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• New graduates are encouraged to apply; staffing/recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• A minimum of 1+ year of staffing/recruiting experience is preferred
• Self-starter mentality with a competitive drive and urgency
• Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
