Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Operator to join their team for advanced adversary emulation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of Red Team Operations
• Conduct independent vulnerability research and develop scenarios that mimic real-world adversaries
• Provide remediation recommendations and develop technical reports for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience, with 3 years focused on offensive operations
• Hands-on experience in multiple Red Team engagements
• Knowledge of Red Teaming Methodology and common Penetration Testing tools
• Offensive Security related certifications are preferred
