Redisclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Redisclosure Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain file flow from a compliance perspective in collaboration with Processing
• Disclose loan files to meet State, Federal, and Municipal compliance requirements
• Review initial and re-disclosures for compliance with RESPA 2010, MDIA/TILA, and Dodd Frank requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 1-3 years of analytical experience preferred
• Experience with Reverse Vision or Quantum preferred
• Background in mortgage banking or mortgage processing
• Ability to run and interpret daily reports
• Capable of working independently from a queue
