Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale a strong team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Lead execution of the go-to-market strategy to ensure predictable revenue growth
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to maintain pipeline health and advance opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of first-line sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or modern data ecosystem companies
  • Experience in helping a company grow through critical scale-up stages (ideally $25M-$50M+ ARR)
  • Expertise in recruiting and developing talent, along with pipeline management
  • Skilled at applying repeatable sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC
  • Recognized for operational excellence in pipeline and process management
