Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans based on physician treatment plans
• Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate healthcare services to promote optimal outcomes for members
• Manage assigned caseload independently, ensuring timely case resolution and care coordination

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• MCG or Interqual Experience
• 2 years of Utilization Management Experience
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
