A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Verify accuracy of clinical citations and ensure reports meet professional standards and company guidelines
- Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
