Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registration Specialist who will be responsible for registering patients and managing their demographic and insurance information.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-registers new patients and collects accurate demographic and financial information
• Verifies patient identification and updates insurance and demographic details
• Manages eligibility work queues and assists patients with insurance coverage questions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 0 years of experience required; 1 year of customer service or hospital registration experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of insurance plans and medical registration systems
• Familiarity with Epic or other hospital information systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
