Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant in Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare derivatives disclosures for financial statements on a GAAP & Statutory basis
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and statutory derivative schedules
• Support management in implementing new accounting pronouncements and tracking hedged items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a public or private company environment preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP or Statutory accounting and reporting preferred
• Previous experience working with derivatives is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) required
