We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to join our growing team to support initiatives across the entire marketing funnel - from awareness and lead generation to sales enablement.
About the role
As our marketing function expands, you'll have the opportunity to refine our approach and build upon our marketing foundations. This role offers flexibility to apply your expertise across various marketing disciplines while helping to shape our strategic direction. We're looking for someone who can adapt to changing priorities and is excited about contributing to a developing marketing function with significant growth potential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Researching and testing new growth channels, tactics, and strategies for customer acquisition.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and management of external freelancers to execute various marketing initiatives.
- Analysis of campaign performance and strategy optimization using insights and data.
- Development and oversight of content initiatives, including blog posts, customer stories, product one-pagers, and thought leadership.
- Supporting community engagement and brand-building initiatives (e.g., events, partnerships, social presence)
You will do well if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in FinTech.
- Experience in a startup or lean environment and are comfortable with wearing multiple hats.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end: from ideation and execution to tracking and iteration.
- Strong writing skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
- Experience using CRM, CMS, and analytics tools (especially Hubspot, Webflow, and GA4).
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Nice to have: Experience with paid acquisition (e.g., Google, LinkedIn), SEO, or copywriting.
