About the position
Responsibilities
• Return calls, texts, and emails to potential referrals.
• Send links to potential customers to encourage them to open accounts.
• Manage and track referrals to ensure successful onboarding.
• Participate in training sessions to understand the referral process.
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid checking account.
• Basic computer literacy is required (ability to bank online is sufficient).
• Availability of 6-8 hours per week to handle communications.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with potential customers.
