Key Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective blood donors by contacting them via telephone to schedule donation appointments
• Maintain daily production standards for phone calls and appointments to meet collection goals
• Log data and maintain records of donor contacts and appointments to ensure accuracy and availability

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Up to one year of related experience
• Experience in telephone and customer service or telemarketing is required
