Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle a high volume of back-to-back incoming calls
- Greet callers, provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages
- Utilize call processing systems and tools to prioritize customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Dedicated home office with no distractions and a quiet setting
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar
- Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French is a plus
