Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resolution Center - Remote Call Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, resolving routine inquiries and directing complex issues to senior staff
- Logs and tracks customer interactions using a computer application, documenting details and follow-up actions
- Coordinates with other departments and notifies customers of investigation results and planned adjustments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
- Basic level PC skills
- Basic search engine skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
