Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resolution Center - Remote Call Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, resolving routine inquiries and directing complex issues to senior staff
  • Logs and tracks customer interactions using a computer application, documenting details and follow-up actions
  • Coordinates with other departments and notifies customers of investigation results and planned adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
  • Basic level PC skills
  • Basic search engine skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
