Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote CMS Assistant to help manage and update digital content across our e-commerce and internal platforms. You’ll support merchandising, marketing, and product teams by ensuring web content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually clean. 🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Upload, update, and organize product descriptions, images, and promotional banners

• Ensure web pages are correctly formatted, linked, and functioning across devices

• Follow brand and UX guidelines for layout, styling, and tone

• Perform QA checks and assist in publishing content via Amazon’s CMS

• Troubleshoot formatting or publishing errors and escalate technical issues

• Coordinate with content, SEO, and localization teams as needed

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred but not required)

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or internal tools)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and project management tools (Excel, Trello, Asana)

• Strong written communication and teamwork in a remote setting
