Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong computer and typing skills with excellent navigation abilities
- High-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
