Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers warmly
- Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- Document calls and conduct follow-up inquiries with customers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
- Compatible computer and USB-wired headset required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
