Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service - Remote Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers warmly
• Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
• Document calls and conduct follow-up inquiries with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
• Compatible computer and USB-wired headset required
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
