Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and case management system
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and locate proof of purchase for customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain product knowledge to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including holidays
- Must pass a background check
