Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound call traffic from internal and external customers, handling approximately 100-150 calls daily
- Provide scheduling support, resolving customer inquiries related to appointments and dispatching technicians as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively navigating complex scenarios and achieving one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- General technical knowledge
