As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide world-class support for Apple customers across the U.S.—all from the comfort of your home. Provide personalized support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email
Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, billing, and account questions

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong typing skills and familiarity with Mac, iPhone, or iPad
Ability to multitask and work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office
High-speed internet connection required
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus (but not required)
