Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and chats professionally and accurately
- Record information in proprietary systems and forward logs for further research as needed
- Attend meetings and complete all required trainings in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems during interactions
