Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls and provide prompt resolution to inquiries
- Document and update records accurately in required systems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and escalate customer complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and multi-task effectively
