Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls and provide prompt resolution to inquiries
  • Document and update records accurately in required systems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and escalate customer complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and multi-task effectively
