- Handle calls professionally and focus on call resolution using company resources
Required Qualifications
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Proficient with office equipment and computer software, including MS Suite
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
