Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Background and drug screening required
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible scheduling
