A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Become knowledgeable about products to assist customers in connecting with advisors
- Help customers create and maintain their accounts while proactively resolving issues
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical, and/or psychic arts
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or up-selling environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps required)
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- High school diploma or its equivalent
