Key Responsibilities
- Complete virtual paid training program and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone with minimal distractions
- Computer/technology savvy with the ability to manage multiple windows and tabs
