Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily call volume and ensure service level priorities are met
- Provide accurate and professional resolutions to customer inquiries
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role is desired
- Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position specifications
- Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer systems
