A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to policyholders and assist with policy-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to policyholders through phone, email, and correspondence regarding policy coverage and claims
- Process requests and maintain department standards for call management
- Review and update procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
