Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to policyholders and assist with policy-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to policyholders through phone, email, and correspondence regarding policy coverage and claims
  • Process requests and maintain department standards for call management
  • Review and update procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
