You’ll help build, send, and analyze targeted email campaigns while managing CRM workflows to improve customer experience and loyalty across digital channels. 📲 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and schedule email campaigns using CRM and email platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

• Maintain subscriber lists, segment audiences, and track opt-ins/opt-outs

• Support campaign strategy with A/B testing and performance reporting

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and data teams on campaign content and timing

• Ensure accurate personalization, brand tone, and compliance with privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)

• Familiarity with CRMs, segmentation, and data hygiene best practices

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus

• Excellent communication and organization skills
