Walgreens is looking for efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Email Support Associates. In this non-phone role, you'll assist customers through email by providing fast, accurate, and helpful responses to support their pharmacy, wellness, and retail needs.
Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity
Assist with order tracking, prescription refills, account access, and general concerns
Follow pre-approved scripts and knowledge bases to ensure compliance and consistency
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
Maintain high standards of spelling, grammar, and tone
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior customer service or support experience preferred
Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and internal tools
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
