A company is looking for an A/B Testing Lead to manage testing and personalization efforts for a digital product.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a culture of experimentation within the Product and IT teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize user experience and develop A/B testing strategies
- Create and manage an A/B testing roadmap while analyzing results and communicating performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing testing and personalization activities or user experience
- 2+ years of analytics experience with the ability to present data-related stories
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
- Demonstrated understanding of statistical fundamentals
- BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
