Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, providing support and driving the adoption of marketing products for B2C sellers
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key clients, offering strategic insights
- Track, forecast, and analyze account metrics to ensure client goals are met
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in customer service or client relationship management
- At least one year of experience in a commercial or sales environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills with experience using internal systems and software
