Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business while managing existing accounts
- Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues
- Negotiate account contracts and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or related roles for technical products
- Experience in SaaS preferred
- Proven ability to contribute to onboarding and customer success processes
- Experience in relationship management and collecting customer feedback
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
