- 1+ years of experience in account management, operations, or revenue support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and basic administration
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with spreadsheets
- Experience in driving small to mid-size projects to completion
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
