Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager I to manage partnerships with dental support organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with DSO and multi-location clients, providing Quarterly Business Reviews and facilitating strategic discussions
- Meet or exceed revenue growth goals by partnering with Sales to recommend additional products and services
- Resolve incoming help requests from providers and clients efficiently while monitoring key performance indicators related to client experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience in a professional role required
- Minimum of 6 months' experience managing key accounts preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Self-sufficient and able to execute tasks with little supervision
