Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I to manage partnerships with dental support organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with DSO and multi-location clients, providing Quarterly Business Reviews and facilitating strategic discussions
  • Meet or exceed revenue growth goals by partnering with Sales to recommend additional products and services
  • Resolve incoming help requests from providers and clients efficiently while monitoring key performance indicators related to client experience


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience in a professional role required
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience managing key accounts preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Self-sufficient and able to execute tasks with little supervision
