Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and create account plans focused on value delivery for a set of named accounts
- Oversee the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead strategic contract negotiations and engage with clients to ensure their needs are met
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in the technology sector
- Motivation to learn and develop skills in tech sales
- Familiarity with sales fundamentals and customer service basics
- Experience in SaaS, managed services, and analytics is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce is a major plus
