Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary post-sale contact for high-value professionals and onboard new Franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support professionals in achieving their strategic goals by providing education, advice, and content
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on customer health and market indicators to mitigate churn and promote revenue growth
  • Build account plans, introduce new product features, and translate pro feedback into product requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of customer-facing/account management experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Experience with SFDC and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
