Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide processing and sales support for loan applications from Wholesale Loan Brokers
• Secure and review required documentation to meet loan conditions and ensure compliance
• Monitor loan pipelines and maintain communication with Account Managers and Broker Partners

Required Qualifications and Education

• Prior customer service experience in an office environment is required
• At least one year of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA/TILA regulations or ability to learn
• Experience with NonQM, FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential
