Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional partners, promoting the Favor Merchant Program
- Troubleshoot client inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service to retain merchants
- Identify and close cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with various teams for efficient client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience maintaining multiple accounts and client relationships
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
