A company is looking for an Account Specialist focused on customer care and account management for users of the Arch System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support throughout the account management process, including pre-deployment and ongoing support
- Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks and timelines
- Generate reports and monitor deployment metrics, addressing any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three to five years of customer service or data management experience
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in a distribution company or emergency medical/hospital-related field is a plus
