A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support employees, partners, and clients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accounts receivable statements and overdue notices, and build client relationships
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices while monitoring billing requests
- Update ERP software and assist with other administrative duties
Qualifications
- Previous office and administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Ability to change priorities and multitask efficiently
- Previous billing experience desirable
